Rental Process & How to Book

1. Check availability — Email us at vfwfunction2498@gmail.com with your preferred date(s) and event type.

2. Visit the hall (optional but recommended) — Come by and tour the space in person, see layouts, and get ideas.

3. Submit a deposit & contract — Once you decide, we’ll ask you to sign an agreement and reserve your date with a deposit.

4. Plan final details — At an agreed upon time prior to your your event, we’ll finalize table layout, bar options, kitchen plans, and staffing.

5. Event day & support — Our staff will be there to assist, make sure everything runs smoothly. 

6. Member Discount Available — Veteran members of Post 2498 are eligible for a discount
